Cancelling automatic refills

If you ticked Save more with Automatic Refills when you ordered, your card is charged again every 30 days and the next box ships automatically. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

To cancel, email support@tryelvera.com from the address you ordered with and say you want to stop the refills. We cancel it and reply to confirm. One email is enough: there is no phone call and no form to fill in.

What the refills cost

The sale price applies to your first order only. Every refill after that is charged at the full price: $42.00 for 1 bottle, $126.00 for 3 bottles and $210.00 for 5 bottles, depending on the bundle you started on. The amount and the date are shown on the checkout before you pay and again on your confirmation.

Cancelling before the next charge

Cancel at any time before the next refill date and you will not be charged again. If a refill has already been charged when you write to us, tell us and we will sort it out with you.

One-time orders

If you left Automatic Refills unticked, there is nothing to cancel. You were charged once and no card details were kept for future payments.
